Inspired by her northern Thai roots, Bo Sasomsin and her husband Piya Phatthanaphuti created Siam to Go in 2009 to bring authentic Thai food to Nantucket. Today, they're serving the authentic Thai dishes Nantucket knows and loves, now exclusively out of The Hive.
