Courtney's cooking grew out of a lifelong love of baking and entertaining that started with an Easy-Bake Oven, and she wanted to bring that same ease to islanders who don't have the time or the desire to cook and entertain themselves. She developed her recipes at home before bringing them to the Hive and scaling up to meet demand.

Style & Flavor

Built for effortless entertaining, Courtney makes it easy to put together a beautiful spread without the pressure of cooking it yourself. She sources as many ingredients as possible from around the island, including herbs and vegetables from Washashore Farm and other local growers.

Background & Experience

Courtney moved to Nantucket year-round after first visiting in 2023 from New York City, and started Nantucket Nosh in 2025 at the Farmers Market, not sure at first if it would become a business or stay a hobby, she scaled up through The Hive to meet growing demand from both the market and island retailers.
