In June 2000, Jermaine Scarlett moved to Nantucket and quickly fell in love with the island and the rhythm of restaurant life, spending nearly a decade at Arno's before launching his own venture. Today, as the chef and owner of Island Creations, Jermaine crafts distinctive dining experiences for private events across the island.
