About
Stu’s Nantucket story began in 1999, when he worked at the Auto Body before finding his passion for cooking at the Brotherhood of Thieves. Offseasons took him from making pizza at the Blue Moose in Beaver Creek to Seattle, where, working at the Wild Ginger, he learned the bar trade from the ground up. Back on the island in 2006, he made his mark at Water Street with fresh, inventive cocktails, then joined Cisco’s distillery to blend spirits, run Triple Eight’s vodka program, and craft the start of their canned cocktail line.
