Stu’s Nantucket story began in 1999, when he worked at the Auto Body before finding his passion for cooking at the Brotherhood of Thieves. Offseasons took him from making pizza at the Blue Moose in Beaver Creek to Seattle, where, working at the Wild Ginger, he learned the bar trade from the ground up. Back on the island in 2006, he made his mark at Water Street with fresh, inventive cocktails, then joined Cisco’s distillery to blend spirits, run Triple Eight’s vodka program, and craft the start of their canned cocktail line.

What Nantucket Cocktail Catering Offers

Full-service bar catering for cocktail parties, fundraisers, and private events from Memorial Day through Columbus Day, plus Thanksgiving and Stroll. Offerings include a fresh-shucked oyster bar (with options like crab claws, littleneck clams, and caviar service), a fully stocked walk-up cocktail bar, and grazing boards with artisanal cheese, charcuterie, tinned fish, and crudité. Also runs Cisco to Go, mobile bartending built around the Cisco Brewers experience, popular for local fundraisers, sponsorships, and donation-based events.

Background & Experience

Stu's Nantucket story goes back to 1999, working at the Auto Body before finding his footing in the kitchen at Brotherhood of Thieves. He spent offseasons making pizza in Beaver Creek and learning the bar trade at Seattle's Wild Ginger, then returned to the island in 2006 to make his name behind the bar at Water Street. From there he joined Cisco Brewers' distillery; running Triple Eight's vodka program and helping launch their canned cocktail line, before striking out on his own with Nantucket Cocktail, launched in 2024.
