Born and raised in a small Italian village near Venice, Chef Davide brings the flavors of Italy to Nantucket. At The Hive, he rolls fresh pasta and prepares sauces from family recipes passed down through generations. His dishes are simple, fresh and meant to taste like home — a touch of Venice served on island time.
