Faraway Chocolate is the creation of chef and chocolatier Andre Marrero, whose journey from Michelin-starred kitchens in New York City to Nantucket led him back to a family legacy that began with the founding of the Wilbur Chocolate Company in 1865. Handcrafting organic, single-origin chocolate from bean to bar on the island, Andre combines generations of chocolate-making heritage with meticulous culinary craftsmanship.
