He expanded his culinary portfolio on Nantucket, rubbing shoulders with accomplished chefs at The Boarding House, The Pearl and Corazon del Mar. His most recent role as Chef de Cuisine at Dune solidified his reputation as one of Nantucket's most trusted culinary professionals.
